Tenants moving into Phase II of Klaipeda Business Park

Today, another phase of the multi-phase Klaipeda Business Park opened. Phase II adds a further 8000m2 to the current development of the park.

Finnish building materials retailer, Onninen and Klaipeda Free Economic Zone Management Company (LEZ) have already signed lease agreements making them the first tenants of Phase II of Klaipeda Business Park.
